Drawing on techniques such as asana, pranayama, yoga nidra, and meditation, my goal is to empower you with simple yet powerful yogic tools to balance and harmonise your body, mind, and spirit. ​10.00 AM: Asana and Pranayama - 1 hour - Begin the day with restorative asanas (body postures) and pranayama (breathing practices) to release tension and pranic blockages in both body and mind while regulating the nervous system in preparation for meditation.
​
11.00 AM: Pause & Reflect Meditation - 1 hour - As the morning unfolds, explore foundational yogic meditation techniques and principles to gain clarity and insight, release what's no longer needed and align with your higher values.

12.00 PM: Lunch Break - 1 Hour - (Please note lunch is not provided).
​
1.00 PM: Journaling To Create A Sankalpa And Yoga Nidra - 1 Hour - In the afternoon, you will journal to discover and formulate a Sankalpa—your positive intention and resolve for personal growth. You will also experience Yoga Nidra, a guided deep relaxation technique that allows you to open yourself to new possibilities and set a clear intention for your journey ahead.
