​10.00 AM: Asana and Pranayama - 1 hour - Start the day with restorative asanas (body postures) and pranayama (breathing practices) to release tension and pranic blockages in both body and mind while regulating the nervous system in preparation for meditation.

11.00 AM: Antar Mouna Meditation - 1 hour - As the morning unfolds, explore practical meditation tools to gain clarity and insight. Release what no longer serves you and connect with your higher values.

12.00 PM: Lunch Break - 1 Hour - (Please note lunch is not provided).

1.00 PM: Journaling To Create A Sankalapa And Yoga Nidra - 1 Hour - In the afternoon, discover and formulate a Sankalpa—your positive intention and resolve. Experience the benefits of Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation technique that harnesses the power to open yourself to new possibilities. Strengthen your resolve by setting a clear intention during this practice.
